Submit a Request
After we received your request, you will be connected with a Program Manager who will ask you questions to get a better understanding of your expectation.
We suggest starting the process 3-12 months in advance.
Receive your proposal
The proposal will include a detailed itinerary with inclusions and pricing information. Feel free to give your feedback so we can make further adjustments.
2 weeks after your request is submitted, we will send you the first draft of the proposal.
Vendor Setup & Contract Processing
Once the proposal is approved, we will work closely with you on the vendor setup and agreement process.
In the meantime, we will also be happy to assist with student recruiting by attending the study abroad fair virtually or in person.
Program Pre-departure Orientation & On-the-Ground Support
Prior to the departure, our team can participate in the program pre-departure orientation to answer any questions. When students arrive, an on-site orientation will be provided to students.
In order to ensure that students have a safe and smooth stay, the APA team will provide four levels of distinctive support on the ground.
